CAKO journeys are led by founder David Matheson and co-host Cris Ruy, whose complementary backgrounds shape every experience.
David brings decades of experience working with men in both group and individual settings, along with a long-standing commitment to creating environments grounded in trust, belonging, and meaningful connection.
Cris brings more than twenty years of experience organizing and leading international group programs through his company, Sportsglobal. He oversees logistics, local partnerships, and on-the-ground support — while contributing deep cultural insight to CAKO's global experiences.
